Hey Heather! I know that mine is coming up soon and it’s just so crazy. They have 2, that’s right 2 concerts — one in the afternoon and then one in the evening WHICH IS CRAZY because EVERYONE AND THEIR DOG wants to be at the evening concert and if both of the boys didn’t have to be there during the evening performance, they wouldn’t be. I’m sure you’ll be hearing my whining about it when it comes around — DECEMBER 1! The evening concert starts at 7 and EVERYONE, I mean EVERYONE is there at 6 p.m. getting seats, I’m not kidding. I only hope that Andrew will make it through it!

Wow-you got an entire concert? Mine had one 2 weeks ago-an hour of getting everyone in and settled into place-15 minutes of-not even singing! Just a sort of vocal version of the story “Caps For Sale” I was pretty dissappointed since it took longer to park than to actually see the show and then they weren’t even singing (maybe that was a blessing but since they “played” instruments-it was nearly as bad-lol) No wonder my parents hated coming to these things. LOL!

OMG, I took off for Kevin’s birthday last year, which so happened to be the day of Caspian’s school Christmas concert and I wanted to just DIE! I actually begged Kevin to either let me fake labor or just sneak out and come back when Caspian’s class was on. They should do these things on a class by class basis, so you only have 45 minutes of torture you that comes from your own kid, so you might be interested. I feel your pain, sister. I have to check when that concert is this year, b/c I’m pretty sure I have to work.
