I was the youngest of three girls, and for the most part was never a girly-girl. I did always like my dolls though, especially dressing them in pretty clothes. I still enjoy playing Barbie dolls with my nieces, I am usually the “behind the scenes” stylist while they go about their game, I am the one dressing them and getting them ready for their “big date”.
Lately I have noticed a lot of dolls or dollz in people’s signatures and avatars in some of the forums I visit. I figured everyone must be much more creative than me until I found this website dedicated to Dress Up Games and Dollmakers. The neat thing about this website is you can be as creative as you want, choosing from a wide display of dresses, tops, bottoms, shoes, stockings, and accessories. You can also choose eye colors, skin tones, poses, hair colors and styles.
Last night I made three or four of my own dolls just for fun… I made an angel, a Halloween doll, a fairy, and a hippie. They also have pre-made dolls (if you are not feeling creative), pregnant dolls, male dolls, celebrity dolls and many more. You should go check them out and make some of your own; it’s a lot of fun!
