Check this out, I was mentioned on ClubMom today!! Totally cool, I really appreciate it! 
For all of you step-moms out there, it is a challanging job that is more rewarding than anything you will ever do!! Will write more in the morning, as for now, I need to get some Zzzz’s!

Hi Heather! I came here via club mom. I’m not a mom, not even married - but am hoping to rectify both in the next year.
I made the mistake of reading some of your entries while I was at work. (Now that I’m done sobbing and wiping my nose. *sniff*) I’m part of a blended family too and you’ve really touched me. I just wanted to tell you that you’re amazing! You and your family are beautiful. And I wanted to thank you for being one of those people who doesn’t talk about changing the world, but actually does it by changing the lives of children. (Sorry for the sappy dorkiness. You’re probably like, “what a goof.”)

Thank-you for the most heartwarming comment I have ever recieved on my blog… you had me totally bawling. For the record, I like sappiness.
I love your comment in your profile about being inches away from being the crazy cat lady. My husband is always joking that he cannot die first, otherwise without his stern hand I would become the crazy cat lady and collect cats. I too am a slave to my feline masters.
