It really surprises me how cheap houses are in the South; Tennessee, Kentucky, Texas, South Carolina, Georgia… you get the drift.
I could sell my house and get the one above for the same price, this one is a 5 Bedroom, 3 Bath home with 2,530 Sq. living space on Ft.0.38 Acres. The home has

Too bad the only places open for a transfer in Bobby’s company right now are in Indiana (ACK! NO!) or California; where houses are WAY more expensive than Colorado. Of course as soon as I typed this Orville Redenbacher mentions Indiana (near Austin’s Bio-Mom’s town even). Ask me again once the adoption is final, then maybe I would reconsider Ft. Wayne, Indiana.
