This week’s theme is: NEW, my photo submision is Isis, my new Great Dane pup.

Today we picked up Isis’ new brand of food. We decided on the Canidae because everyone I talked to could only say good things about it. I really expected to pay more since it is the ultra-premium brand, but $33 for a 40 lb bag is not bad at all. The ladies at the feed store adored Isis and pampered her with kisses and snuggles. While I was there, 3 other customers talked to me about there experience with Canadae, so I feel confident in my choice (that and Isis LOVED the taste of the sample she had right there in the store); and plan on switching Chloe over to it eventually so I only have one brand food in the house.

Oh, my goodness….is she EVER sweet! And those eyes! I bet she made your Christmas. Many years of happiness with her. And Happy New Year. (PS….LOVED the Robyn video…that was a hoot and hurrah for her!)

Awww…I think your puppy is bigger than mine will ever be. I know it, actually. A friend of ours had a Great Dane and her kids could ride the dog around the yard. That’s more dog than I can handle, but they are positively beautiful dogs. I wonder, though, how much of a bargain that dog food will be once you see how much this breed is capable of eating! lol
God bless & Happy New Year!

I have to say, she is the easiest dog I have ever potty trained. In the 36 hours she has only had one accident (by the back door) because no one noticed she wanted out.

Isis is sooo cute. We have to buy Science Diet, as our dog needs special food himself. Neat idea for “new.” Thanks for stopping by fellow Coloradian (is that a word? lol).
Happy New Year

Thanks for the tip on dog food. We will have to see if they have anything. Our dog needs dog food for sensitive stomach. Never mind that 3 weeks ago he ATE!! 17 large chocolate bars and looked like he was going to have puppies, lol. Those candy bars kids sell for fundraiser. My youngest was and left them in our dog’s reach, yikes!
Actually, by birth I’m a Californian.

I will tell Santa you want a Biker Bunny, he actually came from Build-a-Bear, lol, like your son’s biker bear.

Weaning of his old dog food is a great idea, even though he takes well to abrupt changes.
My motorcycle group is a lot of fun. We are a chapter of Women on Wheels and are called Mountain Shadow Riders. There a link to us in my sidebar.

I almost forgot. I have heard of Geocaching. It sounds like fun, but I don’t have a GPS yet and that is needed to play. Not sure how many sites are in Colorado. I have a website that has pretty much every state with those special site coordinates.

Sorry for the delay in getting here. Thanks for visiting. I’m sorry to hear about your secondary IF. It’s just as painful and can be overlooked by so many people. I’m so happy to read about your adoption. I’ll be back to read more.
Happy New Year!
