I have always appreciated the benefits of baby wearing. I still wear Matthew, even though he is almost two because I appreciate the closeness, knowing where is is at all times, being able to go about my business with my hands free, and wearing him in a good quality sling is SO much easier on the back & shoulders than carrying him in my arms.
